Product Description
The oldest house in Champagne, Ruinart was founded in Reims in 1729 by Nicolas Ruinart, nephew of Benedictine monk Dom Thierry Ruinart, a contemporary of Dom Perignon. Noted in particular for its fresh chardonnay driven style, Ruinart is one of the finest of the Grandes Marques, producing champagnes of great depth and elegance.
We will taste five champagnes starting with their core range of three brilliant non-vintage wines. We will then taste Dom Ruinart Blanc de Blancs, produced only with chardonnay harvested from the best Grand Cru villages in Champagne, before finishing with the extraordinary and rare Dom Ruinart Rosé.
